The oldest pictures here were taken with a Pentax ME-Super SLR.
I bought that camera in the mid-70s - it was very fine in its day,
but with a pair of telephoto lens and the flash unit, it was a lot to lug around.
Also, it was very much a hit or miss procedure - many times I thought I had
some great pictures, only to be disappointed when I got the prints!
In April, 1998, I bought my first digital camera, an Olympus D320-L,
I've been taking a lot of photos since then.
In February 1999 I replaced it with an Olympus D400Z, then mid-Sept '99,
I replaced that with an Olympus C-2000Z! I've taken lots of photos with the 2000Z.
I've taken trips to Rehoboth Beach, Skyline Drive,
and Claymont Court, WV -
Ah ... the Shenandoah Valley!
The shots I've taken so far indicate the C-2000Z is REALLY nice!

Back in the 80s when I used to watch and photograph sports car racing,
I took this picture of a serious driver, his attention purely focused on the race ahead.
For a while I had a video capture board & a cheap tethered video camera,
and was working with them! The big image below is from that videocam
I've also had fun using that hardware to videoconference with CU-SeeMe!
